Pajama Story Time

Education & Outreach Director Susan Cafferty and cellist Heidi Carey will present I Know a Young Fellow Who Swallowed a Cello—complete with special musical sound effects! Come listen, laugh, and learn a little bit about the cello in this engaging read-aloud experience for all ages. 

This event is part of the South Carolina Philharmonic’s Music in My Neighborhood festival (April 13–18, 2026), a weeklong celebration bringing free performances, educational programs, and interactive events to Cayce/West Columbia—making music more accessible for everyone in the community.
