BENEFITS TO SUBSCRIBING

Philharmonic subscribers receive benefits and perks that non-subscribers do not enjoy. Saving money over single-ticket prices is only part of it. These are the ways your subscription helps you and the SCP:

Discounts: When you subscribe to the S.C. Philharmonic’s Master Series, you receive the best prices of the season and significant savings over the cost of single tickets – as much as 20%!

Priority Seating: As a subscriber you will always get the best seats in the house. Subscribers are assigned seats before tickets go on sale to the public and have first priority to renew and upgrade seating.

Convenience: Save time by purchasing all of your tickets in one convenient transaction. And subscribers receive their tickets in the mail - you don’t have to worry about missing sold-out concerts or standing in line.

Security: If your tickets are lost or stolen, they’ll be reissued at no charge.

Perks: While we don’t offer refunds or exchanges, subscribers unable to attend a performance can simply call the Philharmonic Box Office by 5 p.m. the day before the performance to be issued a “Turn-back” receipt acknowledging your tax-deductible contribution of the face value of your tickets.

Philanthropy: Your support through a subscription greatly assists the Philharmonic in providing our state with quality, professional classical music.

2007/2008 Master Series Price Chart
(One subscription is a ticket to all seven concerts. Subscription sales for the 2007/2008 season have closed; look for 2008/2009 subscription information in late spring 2008.)

* Students and military (active duty and retired) receive half-price subscriptions and single tickets (w/ID) in all sections except I and IV.

** Seniors are considered age 65 or older.

*** Limited handicapped seating, available upon request, is in section III.

Just in time for our "Magnificent Seven" season, Capitol Tickets is now the exclusive seller of Philharmonic single tickets.

ONLINE. Visit capitoltickets.com to view a precise, real-time seating map and choose and securely purchase your exact seats -- 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

CALL. Charge by phone at 803.251.2222 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday - Friday. Capitol Tickets accepts MasterCard and Visa.

VISIT. The Capitol Tickets box office is operated from the Carolina Coliseum: 701 Assembly Street, Columbia, South Carolina, 29201. They accept cash, MasterCard or Visa. There are no additional fees for in-person purhcases. Single tickets will no longer be available at the SCP's Gadsden Street office.

CONCERT NIGHT. Based on availability, Capitol Tickets will sell any remaining concert tickets at the Koger Center ticket kiosk on concert night starting one hour before each concert. They accept cash, MasterCard or Visa.
