South Carolina Philharmonic Don't let the music be lost.

The Magnificent Seven

Yes! I want to save the music!

There's much more to the South Carolina Philharmonic than meets the ear.

Besides putting on some of the region's best orchestral performances, our mission is to broaden the public awareness and enjoyment of symphonic music. For example, we visit and perform for elementary, middle and high school students to help expand educational music programs. Our Youth Orchestra program serves more than 200 young instrumentalists. And we are always on the lookout to collaborate with other local arts groups to reach broader and more diverse audiences.

The fact is, ticket sales alone are not enough to keep the orchestra playing. That's why we need your support as a donor. There are several levels to choose, each with their own benefits. Don't let the music be lost. Donate today.

Why is your gift important?

Did you know:

  • One concert during the SC Philharmonic's Master Series costs an average of $30,000 just to put on stage.
  • Ticket sales only account for about 36% of our total revenue.
  • More than 64% of the orchestra's budget must come from Annual Fund gifts, sponsorships, grants and other contributions.
